Shipping policy

In general, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  If known, longer delays or shop closures will be denoted on the website.  Medford Soap Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to shipper issues.  No guarantees of delivery dates are given.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
