Refund policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that your purchased product will look exactly like the product photos on the website. Every batch will come out slightly different due to temperature, humidity and design creation to name a few factors. Each product is unique and that is a part of the beauty and specialness of handcrafted items.
Because of this, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a problem with your order (incorrect, damaged), please contact us, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery so that we have a chance to address any issues. An email with your complete contact information, description of the problem, order number and photos should be sent to: michelle@medfordsoap.com.
